Richie's Guitars.

Over the years, Richie has had many custom guitars ranging from Hamer to Jackson to Kramer to Fender to name a few. So here are all his custom guitars with pictures and information.

On the left are Richie's early custom guitars. These include Hamer, Kramer and Jackson.

Custom Hamer

This is the custom guitar that Hamer built for Richie around '85'. He used it on the album "7800 Farenheit". It features a gold Floyd Rose locking tremelo and triple humbuckers. It also has a Rosewood fingerboardwith the Star inlays.

The Custom Kramers

In 1986, Dennis Berardi of Kramer Guitars approached Richie and asked him to design a new guitar.Richie aggreed but stated it had to do three things, to look good, to have striking stage presence and to have a great rock n roll sound.Kramer aggreed and the Richie Sambora "Jersey Star" was born.
